- Need more time? There’s an option to extend the cycle for $5.00 in 4-minute increments
- We have three independent tubs, so you won’t have to wait long.
- We offer fenced wash areas to give you and your pet a safe and secure space to get clean. The wash areas have anti-slip wet-floor surfaces to keep you safe and dry.
- When you’re done, use the disinfecting cycle to rinse the machine for the next customer. This action does not affect your wash cycle. These are an extra 60-sec for disinfecting
- We offer cash-free experience accepting most cards and apps, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Monyx
- We offer a digital punch card – your 6th wash is free when using the Monyx App.

FAQ Self Wash Services
No, our tubs are open during our business hours and extend beyond the hours that our groomer is onsite. These stations work on a first come basis. Usually, end of days and weekends are the busiest time, thus we can’t guarantee that you might need to wait. If you’d like, you can always call and we can confirm how busy is the place
We provide all that is needed to wash your faithful companion but we understand your pup might have specific needs. You are welcome to bring your own products. If you forget them, we will tuck them away in our lost and found.
Our automated cycles are $25 for 20 min including the time to allow the warm water to reach the tub and an extra minute for disinfecting at the end. While on the last minute, you can add an extra 4 minutes for $5.
Yes, our tubs payment system is powered by a company called Nayax that has a virtual wallet you can use. Using our virtual card, you enter our permanent discount program that offers 1 free wash cycle for every 5 washes.
The process is as follows:
- Download the Monyx App from the AppStore or Google Play.
- At the very top, scan or enter the machine number you’d like to use. If it’s the first time, this will create a virtual card in the bottom section of the app screen.
- “Top Up” the card with a minimum balance of $25.
- Click on Pay, making sure you have both the right machine and payment card selected.
- The machine will start within a few seconds showing that you have the 20 min available on the screen
NOTE: at no point you need to bring your phone to the machine, all is done remotely.
All you need is a card payment, either through a physical credit card or your Apple Pay/Google Pay.
Once you arrive, we suggest to familiarize with the machine. Read the panel and different option buttons. You’d usually follow them clockwise, starting with rinsing, moving through shampoo, conditioner, flea (if needed) and ending with blow drying.
Before starting, set you and your pup ready to make the most of the first 20 minutes. Grab towels and a lead if needed. Bring your dog into the tub (a step stool is available for older dogs). Secure your dog in the tub. Finally, grab yourself one or two towels.
When ready, use contactless, swipe or insert the card into the machine reader. If you are using contactless, hold the card in place until all 4 green lights indicate success and the machine calls “authorizing…”. If accepted, the display will mark 20 min and you’ll have 1 min to start the cycle.
Push any of the cycle buttons to start and don’t forget to activate the trigger at the end of the hose.
