At Seattle Canine Club – South Lake Union, we provide a wide range of grooming services tailored to meet the unique needs of dogs and cats alike. Our experienced groomers are well-versed in handling various breeds, ensuring that your pet receives the utmost care and attention.
We offer all standard services you can expect for both dogs and cats. Thanks to our master groomer in-house, we cater to elderly dogs, puppies looking for their first session, dogs or cats who might have special medical conditions. We strive to meet your faithful companions at their level, even if it means that we might take a few sessions to ensure they are comfortable.

3 Steps to Pamper your Pet
1. Create Your Profile
The first step is to create a profile for you and your pet(s) by through our digital grooming application . Since safety for all pets is our top priority, please provide the necessary vaccination records & emergency contacts through the application.
2. Book Your Faithful Companions to His/Her Appointment
Every groom is unique to each pet needs, size, condition and behavior. In order to best service you and our community, we need to fit appointments in the right slot for the right member of our staff. As soon as we receive your grooming application, we will contact you to schedule the booking appointment that suits you and your pet best. If you are an existing customer and need to cancel, change or add appointments, please contact us via text, phone or email.
3. Repeat – Through the Phone, Email or our Website
Dog Grooming Pricing
All our full services or bath & brush include nails and ear cleaning. Please let us know any special accommodations, history or styling needs you want for your pet.
Fees related to Matting, Elderly Care (>10 years old), Second Handler, or Weight Adjustments will be automatically applied and communicated as soon as possible based on your own unique pet’s circumstances.
Puppies have their own pricing that includes a bath and slight scissor trim focusing on desensitization.
These services include bath, up to 45 min of drying time, full budy cuts, ear cleaning and nail clipping – Dogs with peculiar double, longer than usual or matted coats, expect additional services fees to account for the extra time needed.

FAQs of Dog Grooming Services
During your first visit to Seattle Canine Club, we have a scale available in our lobby where we can accurately measure the current weight of your pet. We do this every 6 months to keep the last information in our systems updated.
Every pet is unique. We want to make sure each all have a good experience and we will take the necessary time for each of them. Our grooming room is always staffed with at least two professionals to care for your pet and if needed, both work on them at the same time.
We follow a Fear Free approach and we will communicate any question, insight or concern we might see in your pet. For elderly dogs we always work with 2 members to ensure they are well attended. Also, some dogs reactivity forces us to also require two members to ensure the safety of our staff and your pet. These cases will incurr in a special fee.
Before any appointment, please inform us of any known condition your pet might have. Our master groomer is an expert on all grooming related cases and have experience in situations than ranges from heavy matted coats to elderly dogs that require special attention. Some medical circumstances, as long a not prohibited by your vet, might incurr in the handling fee.
Communication is key. We will not act on your pet unless you are comfortable with our skills and our abilities.
Our prices are above average because we want to offer exceptional service and offer you the right convenience for your grooming needs. Initial prices are not discounted, but if you become a regular customer, we will happily apply member discounts when following basic care and frequency recommendations. If you help us with planning, and minimizing the cost of caring for your pet, we’d be happy to show translate our savings into discounts to you.
Members of boarding/daycare receive discounts on all grooming services. There are additional discounts for service members.
We offer grooming services most days of the week and since Q4 2024, during Saturdays also.
